- When will my package come in?
Products can take from 1-3 weeks to be processed, packaged & shipped. If the time to send your order out ever takes longer, please get in touch with me. Some items are made to order; which can prolong the shipping process. If you need your order by a certain date please get in touch with me before placing your order.
Customs may take longer or up to 3 weeks to be created, processed, packaged & shipped (Due to the freshness of products) All products are freshly handmade & unique. Your support means the world to me.
**Tracking numbers are sent to you once your package has been processed & packaged. If you have not received a tracking number please get in touch with me! If there is an address change please get in touch with me immediately**
-What kind of wax is used in the candles & wax melts?
SpaceValue candles are created with soy wax & sometimes beeswax; which is always stated in the product description!
-Do you accept returns? Can I exchange my item? How do I cancel my order?Please reach out to me to cancel any order. Cancellation of any order (retail, wholesale, or custom) may be subject to applicable fees at the discretion of the owner. We reserve the right to charge a fee for any order that’s cancelled after payment has been processed.
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase; after that orders are considered in progress and are subject to fees.
I do not accept returns or exchanges for any aromatherapy, skincare or jewelry item. I can do returns for clothing items (that are not custom made) depending on inspection of said item when returned.

-Do you accept customs?
I do accept customs! Please contact me through my email to talk about your ideas! I love to bring them to fruition but not all items can be created as a custom
-I gave the wrong address and my order already shipped.
First and foremost please get in touch with me through my email spacevalueapothecary@outlook.com & we can go from there! But please understand if the package does not get returned back to me I am not responsible to refund or replace that package. If it does get sent back & you’d like it returned to the correct address the shipping cost must be paid. Please always make sure your shipping info is correct as you deserve to enjoy the products you purchase & I want them to make it to the correct person
-I gave the wrong address and my order hasn’t shipped yet.
Get in touch with me within 24 hours through the “contact” tab through spacevalueapothecary@outlook.com.
-I was given a discount code! How many times can I use it?
Please only use special codes from ME one time. I do have many Spacevalue representatives who share discount codes all the time throughout different social media platforms which you can use as many times as you desire!
-Tracking says my item(s) are delivered but it isn't / My package is missing.
If you’ve checked the tracking number & it says your package is delivered but isn’t & after getting in touch with your apartment complex, post office, etc. get in touch with me as soon as possible. Your package could be sent back, gotten mixed up, or not arrived quite yet.
-My item(s) came damaged/ broken. What do I do now?
DO NOT take items out of the bubble wrap if they arrive broken. This will make it harder to file a claim through who we use for shipping (usps) You will need to file a claim through USPS (instructions are on their website) so I can ensure a replacement or refund can be sent. If the claim is not accepted I cannot guarantee a replacement. Please get in touch with me as soon as possible if your order comes in damaged or broken with a couple photos & a photo of the paper receipt that comes with your order.
-What do I do with the toppings on the candle?
The additions on the candles such as herbs, crystals, charms, etc. need to be removed from the candle before burning. Spell candles come with special instructions & no candle should ever be left unattended. It is important to keep the candle in a safe place away from children, pets & air drafts. Candle instructions are sent with every candle order; please use them to your advantage. Many of the toppings have more than one use as well

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
-Product Use & Responsibility
Products are intended for external use or decorative / spiritual purposes unless otherwise stated.
Always read product descriptions and ingredient lists before use. SpaceValue Apothecary is not liable for misuse or allergic reactions.
-Intellectual Property
All product designs, packaging, copy and branding are the intellectual property of SpaceValue Apothecary.
Custom creations are for personal or approved resale use only- reselling or reproducing our designs without permission is prohibited.
-Fees & Adjustments
Additional charged may be applied to an order if:
· A rush turnaround order is requested
· The scope of a custom project changed after payment
· Supplies require special ordering
-Order Cancellations
We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for any order that is cancelled after payment is processed and original discussion has taken place.
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase; after that, orders are considered in progress and subject to fees.
-Custom Orders
All custom orders require full payment up front.
Cancellation of a custom order will result in a fee to cover:
-Time invested in communication and design
-Materials specifically purchased for your order
-Labor already completed, including scheduling changes
-Rush orders may be subject to additional fees, (rush fees starting at $25 depending on the size/scope of the order)
-Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order, or end communication with customers who violate these policies or engage in disrespectful behavior.

How do I order items wholesale?
Please get in touch with me via email spacevalueapothecary@outlook.com for any questions! I can do wholesale on almost any item in my shop.
I haven't paid for my invoice yet. How long do I have to pay the invoice before it expires?
You have 24 hours to pay your invoice once it's sent. If you have any questions, concerns or changes please get in touch with me within that time frame
I've paid for my wholesale order, but want to make some changes. What do I do?Changes can only be made to an invoice 24 hours after the original invoice is sent. There will also be an additional fee if you're wanting to make any changes once your invoice is paid.
-Wholesale & Bulk Terms
Wholesale/bulk purchases are considered final upon payment.sq
Cancellations, refunds or returns are not permitted once production has begun.
